Gospel Star Dr Tumi Gives 5 Tips On How You Can Keep Yourself Safe From Covid-19
Dr Tumi is a qualified medical doctor with 12 years’ experience. He had a private practice in Polokwane, Limpopo, for almost 10 years after leaving the public health sector in 2011. The 38 year old singer has being open about his struggles with being a high-in force sleepless. He wakes up at around 6am every day and he’s out of the house by 8am to head to Tembisa Hospital.
He is one of the many private practice professionals who volunteered their services to public health during the Covid-19 outbreak. Dr Tumi gives tips on how to manage your worry around COVID-19.
1-Do not expose yourself unnecessarily
Limiting your movements gives you the peace of mind of knowing that you’re safe. Avoid touching any items or surfaces when you’re out.
2- Practice proper hygiene, and eat healthily
3- Never be contented with washing or sanitizing your hands. Drink a lot of water, and cut down on sugars and junk food.
