How To Make Vegetable Fried Rice: Fried Rice [Healthy and Delicious]

It’s always advisable to eat healthy which means you must cook a healthy meal for you and your family,

This meal is cost-effective simple ingredients, does not require you to spend a lot of money on the ingredients, running from one store to the other, not finding the right ingredients, it’s so tiring. This meal is perfect

vegetable fried rice

Ingredients

Brown rice 1 cup

Sweet corn ½ cup sweet corn

Green peas ½ green peas

Onions, 1 onion

Red pepper half

Two tomatoes

Lemon juice 2 tablespoon

2 Garlic cloves

Method

Don’t forget to rinse your rice before cooking

Heat your stove, use high heat, add 1 ½  cup of water into the with rice, bring it to boil,

Pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil and just sprinkle salt, and give it one stir,

Thereafter reduce heat to medium let it simmer for 30 minutes,

while the rice is cooking, on a separate pot, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil, use medium heat, fry your onions together with red pepper, add turmeric, and black pepper spices and of course sprinkle salt for taste.

Keep frying your onions

Now the onions are cooked add two diced tomatoes, keep stirring to avoid burning, when your tomatoes are  fully cooked add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, stir for a 10 seconds

Add the rice to the fried peppers start by adding a little and stir, repeat until all the rice is added,

Thereafter add sweet corn and green peas,

Before adding the sweet corn and green,  just defroze them and boiled them using a microwave for 5 minutes,

Keep stirring, and fry for 15 minutes,
