Meet The River Actress Linda Mtoba Real Life Husband [Cute]

Actress, Linda Mtoba has paved her way into the fans’ hearts with her onscreen tricks. She went from being a school teacher, to playing the beloved character of Zama Ngwenya on Isibaya. Zama’s exit from Isibaya was sad and bloody, it ended in tears for the fans and the actors of the soapie.

Linda Mtoba revealed that her colleagues cried on set, on her last day of filming “When we filmed it, my colleagues cried because I was leaving and they were sad about that. So was I, but I was not on set when they were filming their scenes, so I saw it only on the night the episode aired. I called all of them to tell them how amazing they were.”

Next she landed  a gig on The River, where she played the spiteful and manipulative Nomonde. It’s no lie that Linda Mtoba is easy on the eyes, we had to wonder, who is the lucky guy. As is turns out, the actress is very married and she’s a mom of one.

Linda Mtoba is married to a white guy named Steven Mayer. In the beginning, the actress was very obstinate about keeping Steven Mayer off social media and had to defend her decision several times saying “I can’t even articulate how dumbfounded I am every time people get upset about what I choose to show about my private life. There’s so much of me that I give & share. The one that’s closest to my heart, being husband I want kept as my own & you feel I don’t deserve.”

Steven Mayer and Linda Mtoba have been married for three years now, and we’re hoping for more. She described their cute meet as funny saying “It’s a very funny story. We saw each other at a club and didn’t talk. Two months later he inboxes me on Facebook.”

She describes Steven as kind, caring, and empathic. The couple have a cute little girl together.
