Muvhango Stop Production After One Of Its Actors Partner Tested Positive For Covid-19

Muvhango it’s the third soapie that stop production due to Covid19. It’s been reported that the soapie it expected to temporarily shut production after a partner of one of its actors tested positive for Covid19. According to entertainment reporter, Phil Mphela, got a tip-off that the show will shut down production soon as a protective measure.

If this is really true then the soapie will join shows such as Skeem Saam and The River Mzansi – they also stopped production because of Covid19. This will be not so agreeable news for the show’s viewers as it recently returned from production.

Muvhango first aired in 1997. The SABC 2 drama is created by Duma Ndlovu and is one of the channel’s most-watched shows.
